Upon engagement, HighPoint deployed the former Executive Director of Strategy at the world’s largest brand consultancy to lead an eight-week brand strategy and position analysis engagement. The project included an internal and external evaluation of the company’s current brand strategy and an analysis of the competitive landscape.
