During a period of rapid growth, a $2B+ healthcare services company with payer and provider business lines needed a forward-looking assessment to manage growth and scale operations across new geographies.

HighPoint deployed a team of five that was led by a former Partner in Booz’s Healthcare Practice with deep health insurance expertise.

The team undertook a three-month project that identified the best practices of integrated payers and providers, developed the future operating model, delineated gaps between existing organizations and the future vision, and defined a high-level implementation road map for use by the company post-engagement.
