Upon engagement, HighPoint deployed a former McKinsey Engagement Manager with experience in developing actionable insights and building BI teams that evaluate client’s capabilities, showcase the commercial potential behind available data, and chart a roadmap to developing a best-in-class team.
The initiative resulted in the full adoption of the approach for generating insights, a process for incorporating insights in business interactions, and the roadmap for structuring and developing a consolidated BI/BA team.
