A multi-billion dollar apparel manufacturer and retailer sought to revamp their supply chain strategy – including assortment, inventory management, mix, and organization across more than 600 global locations.
HighPoint was engaged and deployed a team with deep operating experience in the apparel and retail industries, as well as consulting experience at McKinsey and Bain. Working with client-side resources, the HighPoint team led all research, benchmarking, and planning efforts for this wide-reaching effort.
