A global brand and international action sports manufacturer sought to integrate new sourcing organization and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives in the manufacturer’s e-Commerce, Concept-to-Consumer and Supply Chain Logistics divisions.
Upon engagement, HighPoint deployed a former North Highland Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in sourcing and procurement to guide the client’s team.
After mapping current and future sourcing processes, and conducting cross-function stakeholder interviews, the consultant developed a comprehensive change management plan. The plan was designed to allow each of the four major initiatives to leverage a distinct set of champions and teams; it also provided the tools for the client to identify and mitigate risks related to each global initiative and ensured alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
