In our ever more connected world, managing the network of technology-enabled assets becomes more critical and complex. As operational assets become more intelligent and connected, businesses are experiencing a rapid convergence of operational and technology assets, dramatically increasing the challenge and importance of effective asset management. The number of assets dramatically expands, and the interoperability of these assets increases the safety and security risks. The resulting task of managing this connected asset base has become materially more complex.
